Iron-on patch

Tulsa Zoo

$8.00

The Tulsa Zoo is a zoo of about 124 acres in north Tulsa's Mohawk Park, one of the largest municipal parks in the United States. Owned by the city and run since 2010 by the nonprofit Tulsa Zoo Management, Inc., it is accredited by the Association of Zoos and Aquariums and traces its start to the Tulsa Zoological Society, incorporated in 1927. Its main areas include the Lost Kingdom, an Asian-themed complex with Malayan tigers, snow leopards and Komodo dragons; the Mary K. and John T. Oxley Family Elephant Experience, a 17-acre Asian elephant preserve that opened in 2024; the Rainforest building, where sloths and fruit bats roam free; the Robert J. LaFortune WildLIFE Trek; and Sea Lion Cove. A new African Wilds complex is under construction, with lions, painted dogs and zebras due to return when it opens in 2027.
