Ed Galloway's Totem Pole Park is a folk art environment on Oklahoma State Highway 28A, 3.5 miles east of historic U.S. Route 66 and the town of Foyil in Rogers County. Its centerpiece is a roughly 90-foot concrete totem pole, billed as the world's largest, that retired manual-arts teacher Ed Galloway built by hand between 1937 and 1948. The pole rises from the back of a giant turtle carved from a sandstone outcrop and is covered in about 200 brightly painted bas-relief images of birds, animals and Native American portraits. The grounds also hold smaller concrete totems, animal-form picnic tables and gateposts, and the eleven-sided Fiddle House, which once displayed Galloway's handmade fiddles and now serves as a museum and gift shop. The park was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1999 and is owned and operated by the Rogers County Historical Society.
