Iron-on patch

Sunset Cliffs Natural Park

$8.00

Sunset Cliffs Natural Park is a 68-acre city park along the Pacific Ocean on the western edge of Point Loma in San Diego. It covers the strip of coastal bluffs between the water and Sunset Cliffs Boulevard from Adair Street to Ladera Street, plus a larger undeveloped hillside section and nature preserve at its southern end. The park's carved bluffs hold arches and sea caves, with surf breaks below the cliffs, and gray whales can be seen from the edge on their yearly migration. It was dedicated in 1983 and connects to the 640-acre Point Loma Reserve. The cliffside trails are undeveloped, and falls from the cliffs have caused deaths and injuries.
