Iron-on patch

Little Haiti Cultural Complex

$8.00

The Little Haiti Cultural Complex sits where NE 59th Terrace meets NE 2nd Avenue, the main strip of Miami's Little Haiti neighborhood. It pairs the Little Haiti Cultural Center at 212 NE 59th Terrace, whose programming serves local community initiatives, with the Caribbean Marketplace next door at 5925 NE 2nd Avenue. Miami architect Charles Harrison Pawley designed the marketplace in the style of Haitian gingerbread architecture. Together the two buildings give the Haitian community that settled in Little Haiti from the 1980s a public home for its culture.
