Iron-on patch

Cape Lookout State Park

$8.00

Cape Lookout State Park sits on a forested headland on the central Oregon coast near Tillamook, distinct from the similarly named Cape Lookout in North Carolina. A roughly 2.5-mile trail leads through old-growth Sitka spruce out to the tip of the cape, a popular spot for spotting gray whales during their seasonal migrations. The park also includes a long sandy beach backed by dunes. Camping and yurts are available near the beach.
